HomeFindsYou is designed for real estate sellers who want to quickly and conveniently find motivated buyers looking for similar properties in the area. It is well suited to a private seller just starting out selling property and wants to see if there are any buyers in the area.
Once you’ve entered the details of your property for sale into the app, you’ll immediately see if there are any potential buyers for a similar property in the HomeFindsYou database. By further entering and activating your listing, you will receive all the potential buyers matching your offer in real time. You will receive a running notification of each new interested party via the app if you have selected a paid package. Otherwise you need to log in yourself from time to time to see if there are new buyers that match.
It’s simple and quick, with multiple-choice answers and ticking boxes. We also allow you to conveniently share a link if the listing has already been published somewhere.
Once you have selected a paid package, the app will notify you about each new prospect buyer, so you will be the first to know when a property can be offered. Otherwise you need to log in yourself from time to time to see if there are new buyers that match.
A button next to each offer allows the buyer to accept it. Once selected, we will send you the buyer’s contact details, and the buyer will also receive your contact details at that point. You can then arrange an inspection of the property.
Once the buyer has expressed interest in viewing the property you are offering, we will send you the buyer’s contact details, and the buyer will receive your contact details. You can then arrange an inspection of the property.
You can pay for the service by credit card, which you enter in the box provided. No monthly fee will be automatically deducted unless you confirm it.
You can choose between three packages:
- £0, no monthly fee, you must manually send a separate offer for each buyer that is matched. The automatic offer-sending option is not available.
- £15.99 / 30 days, monthly fee, with automatic services, where the system sends the offer you enter to suitable buyers and notifies you.
- £25.99 / 60 days, monthly fee, with automatic services, where the system sends the offer you have entered to suitable buyers and notifies you accordingly.
You will receive a notification of the offer’s renewal and must confirm your request. If you do not confirm, the advertisement will automatically become a free package for 30 days from the following month, after which it will be deleted if you have not selected a new package for renewal.
There is no separate commission for real estate services. You only pay for the package you choose for your private listing.

Your contact details will not be visible on your listing. Only the buyer who accepts the offer will see them. At this point, your contact details will be sent to the buyer, and you will receive theirs.
